We are a specialist Social, Emotional and Mental Health school, dedicated to the wellbeing and education of our pupils.We cater to students aged 11-16 with SEMH needs, ASD and ADHD. Our mission is to provide exceptional educational experiences that empower every student to achieve their full potential.
We are looking for an energetic, resilient and passionate teacher who is able to create and deliver engaging lesson plans, and support our students both educationally and with a range of social, emotional and life skills.
Excellent behaviour management skills, the ability to take a theraputic approach, and an understanding of Mental Health needs is essential.
Minimum Requirements:
- Functional Skills Teaching experience
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs and behaviours that challenge.
- Passion for teaching and dedication to inclusive education, and the wellbeing of our young people.
