HRGO Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and customer focused individual to join our clients leading Tool, PPE and equipment supplier based in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will become the face of the business as they travel around the area delivering products whilst maintaining customer relationships.

Our clients have 41 branches across the UK as well as Europe and Aisa and aim to deliver 98% of all orders by next day.

General Duties

  • Deliver parcels and handle returns within a specific geographical area
  • Load, unload, prepare and operate a delivery vehicle
  • Identify and visit new customers whilst increasing existing customer spend
  • Support the branch warehouse by undertaking any reasonable duties from time to time, including periodic stocktakes.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to identify and progress opportunities

Role Requirements:

  • Clean UK Drivers Licence
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Passion towards succeeding with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work in fast paced and pressured environments
  • Knowledge of tools and PPE equipment would be a plus
