Commercial Client Executive

Flexible on location although Gloucester, Leicester or Halifax would be ideal.

Opportunity to join a vibrant team who whilst based across the country are very "team centric" and you will be encouraged and supported.

To support the growth of the business through the delivery of key strategic plans through the management of existing clients and prospecting of new clients in cross class commercial.

To achieve financial budget targets (both revenue renewal retention targets and new business budget) whilst exceeding customer expectations and meeting FCA requirements.

Dedicated contact overseeing all aspects of your clients insurance programme's management to ensure clients obtain appropriate cover for their risk provided through high service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold and maintain business relationships with clients and prospects, delivering tangible outputs in line with targeted framework.
  • Develop new business from new and existing relationships
  • Utilise our key market relationships to ensure we provide strong product and service proposition to our clients that are specific to their requirements
  • Provide full portfolio of risk protection adhering to operational process delivery to ensure high value customer service
  • Utilise communication and negotiation techniques to explain the features and benefits of recommended products and services, to our client base
  • Ensure that client satisfaction is the key to individual and collective success and align actions accordingly
  • Effectively influence others to secure the achievement of the strategic aims and objectives keeping people engaged and motivated
  • Contribute to a successful audit score both on individual audits along with team and business audits

Person specification

  • Minimum 5 GCSE, Grades A-C including English and Maths.

Experience

  • Client service and administrative experience, adhering to processes and systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, to support client service delivery.
  • Organised with good time management skills working to agreed priorities.
  • Good communication skills to effectively liaise with internal colleagues.
  • Computer literate with good experience of using MS Office Suite and operational use of Acturis.
  • Operational use of Acturis ensuring updates are made accurately to data quality standards.

  • Passionate, about your role with a sense of ownership and a desire to get it right first time.
  • Naturally charismatic, with a customer focus and the ability to build excellent rapport with colleagues.
  • Driven to deliver good customer service to internal stakeholders displaying the PIB core values and behaviours.
