My Client, a Boutique Hotel in the Ludlow area is looking to recruit a Chef De Partie on a Permanent basis.
There is an established team in place but they would like to expand with a suitably experienced CDP looking for a fresh challenge in a highly regarded venue.
You will have the opportunity to create daily specials using fresh local ingredients where possible as well as working from a seasonal A La Carte menu on a fine dining setting
The salary on offer is up to £29,000 depending on relevant and suitable experience.
