About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service and Demand Planner to join our dynamic team in Bicester. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's success by ensuring exceptional service to both internal and external customers and effectively managing demand planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Ensure all internal and external customers receive top-notch service. Address and resolve customer escalations by collaborating with internal teams and divisions.

SAP Reporting: Process monthly departmental SAP reports and handle staff follow-ups. Perform monthly SAP training sessions for team members.

Customer Feedback: Complete customer surveys and questionnaires as needed to gather valuable insights and improve service quality.

Invoice and Order Management: Review blocked invoices and backlogs weekly. Verify the accuracy of incoming orders regarding price, part number, and quality.

Demand Planning: Utilise your extensive experience in demand planning and forecasting within a manufacturing environment to ensure efficient operations.

Experience:

  • Over 5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Over 5 years of demand planning/forecasting experience in a manufacturing environment.

Skills:

  • Extensive prior SAP knowledge.
  • Strong leadership and technical problem-solving abilities.
