Part-Time Customer Service Advisor - Data Services

We're currently experiencing exciting growth and are looking for a part-time Customer Service Advisor to join our vibrant Data Services team. This role is ideally suited to those seeking a position that fits perfectly around school hours or other daytime commitments.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor at Calisen, you'll play a key role in our busy call centre, handling calls from suppliers and customers, and delivering outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include collecting meter readings, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with various departments to resolve any issues. You'll also manage administrative tasks, such as generating customer letters through our internal systems.

This is more than just a job – it's a permanent, part-time role offering 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 10am and 2pm. You'll benefit from a flexible hybrid working arrangement, splitting your time between home and our Wigan call centre at least two days a week. The role comes with a competitive pro rata salary of £23,400 per annum.

What we are looking for

  • Good level of education (minimum GCSE level including English & Maths or equivalent).
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with previous customer service experience (ideally telephone based making outbound calls or customer facing).
  • Call centre experience is a bonus.
  • Computer literate with the ability to operate Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative.
  • Good organisational and administrational skills.
