This is a strategically important hire for us. You will be the key decision maker on important operational issues, and a key right-hand-person to one of the founders. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and decision making skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key role highlights
- Negotiation and management of all client and supplier contracts, final sign-off on negotiating terms with a range of international clients
- Planning and budgeting, in coordination with the CFO and board
- High level credit control and dispute management, including management of legal issues
- Management of existing operations team of 2, plus outsourced work.
Experience required
- Extensive agency recruitment background, we are hiring for a recruitment industry expert!
- Experience of managing operations within medium to large contract and perm recruitment agencies
- Experience of working in strategic/decision making roles, most likely Head of, or Director, or Operations
- Deep knowledge of legal, compliance, cash flow and compliance issues that a recruitment agency would face

Location - We are based in the City and I would expect this role to be regularly onsite, with common sense flexibility.
