Finance Manager

On an exclusive basis, greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a Finance Manager to work within a growing SME business based in Solihull.

Duties of the role will include:

  • Taking full responsibility of the finance function
  • Building and managing a team
  • Production of monthly management accounts including commentary and analysis
  • Control of the Budgeting and forecasting process
  • Monitoring financial performance
  • Producing timely and accurate management information
  • Cashflow forecasting
  • Financial Reporting
  • Ensuring robust Balance sheet controls
  • VAT returns
  • Payroll management
  • Continuous improvement of internal processes and controls
  • Ad hoc project work and involvement in future strategy of the business

Skills, Requirements, Qualifications

  • Fully Qualified ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA
  • Experience working in an SME business
  • Strong hands on experience
  • Strong Excel and ERP experience
  • Excellent Stakeholder management
