Finance Associate

We are partnered with a global alternative investment group looking to hire a Finance Associate for their growing team in West London. They have a multi-billion-dollar portfolio in AUM across all major asset classes and the globe. The Finance Associate will be joining a dynamic and highly motivated team to be part of their success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input of accounting data including journal entries
- Processing supplier and customer invoices
- Organising and maintaining accounting records
- Preparation of customer and group internal invoices
- Credit control and supplier reconciliations
- Assistance with regulatory returns
- Maintenance of the firm's employee expenses system including the processing of expenses
- Assisting with audits across various jurisdictions including the UK, Europe, America and Asia
- Bank reconciliations
Key Required Skills:
- Degree in Accounting/ Finance
- Studying towards an Accounting Qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
- A couple of years experience in a Finance/ Accounting role, preferably in the Financial Services industry
- Strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of SAP (Business by Design) is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and seniority levels across the business
