Key Responsibilities
- Develop training programmes, strategies and processes to improve the companies Health & Safety, Environment, Quality and Corporate responsibility performance.
- Lead training programs to foster a culture of safety among all employees.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE management systems.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives related to HSE.
- Analyze incident reports and safety performance metrics, providing actionable insights to prevent future occurrences.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and maintain all necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field is desirable.
- Proven experience in HSE management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent HSE qualification is highly desirable.
