Hyde is looking to recruit an Estate Services Contract Manager.

As an Estate Services Contract Manager at Hyde, you will be working within the Resident Services Property Services team to oversee the handover and ongoing delivery of estate services at Rochester Riverside. Your role will involve managing relationships with service providers, ensuring the quality and compliance of services, and maintaining strong budget and cost control.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the growth and management of the Rochester Riverside estate through collaboration with Joint Venture partners.
  • Manage contractual relationships with service providers, ensuring compliance and quality delivery.
  • Lead budget planning and monitoring, ensuring cost control and value for money.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for the Rochester Riverside Managing Agent Board, ensuring effective contractor performance.
  • Work closely with residents, involving them in programme discussions and addressing their feedback.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the team, ensuring high standards of service delivery.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong experience in contract management, preferably within estate or property services.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and cost control effectively.
  • Minimum of 2 years previous management experience (essential).
  • Experience with Health & Safety compliance, particularly in areas such as Asbestos, COSHH, and CDM (desirable).
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with residents and service providers
