Our top legal 200 client are currently searching for a Property Paralegal to join their team North of Peterborough on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous Commercial Property paralegal experience or have worked in a combined role of commercial and residential matters for a minimum of 6 months as training will be provided.
- Bachelors degree in Law grade 2:1 or above.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- A team player with great communication skills.
- Confident in their abilities.
You will be involved in a range of matters to include -
- Assisting the fee earners with their varied Commercial Property caseload.
- Drafting AP1s and Stamp duty returns.
- Utilising Land Registry Portal.
- Using search provider such as Infotrack to order searches.
- Preparing financial statements and completion statements.
- Preparing CPSEs and replies to enquiries.
- Title review, raising enquiries.
- Preparing reports on title.
- Drafting Leases, licences and ancillary documents.
