My clients have a fantastic reputation and are looking for a new addition who can work circa 24 hours a week, although this is flexible. My client is also extremely flexible on days/ hours each day to suit the individual.

A lucrative salary of circa £25k - £30k basic (Pro Rata) plus commission.

The successful Mortgage Advisor will have experience in a similar role and have already gained accredited status and be a practising advisor.
Within this role the Part time Mortgage Advisor will be responsible for:
Converting branch generated appointments
You will be telephone based and will not be required to travel for face to face appointments
Providing excellent knowledge of the lending products available to your clients
Part time Mortgage Advisor – Experience Needed
CEMAP or CF 1,2,3 Qualifications
You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
Natural ability to build rapports and have a consultative style sales approach
Well presented, articulate and self motivated
