Do you thrive in a busy role where you have responsibility for providing a seamless customer service experience?
My client is a successful, global business and this role will see you managing the day-to-day operations across a set of clients that you will have responsibility to manage and form great working relationships with.
Working as part of a small, friendly and collaborative customer service team, your duties will include:
- Processing orders and dealing with customer enquiries/complaints.
- Raising, expediting and chasing purchase orders.
- Processing and amending customer sales orders, and keeping the customer updated.
- Arranging deliveries, transportation and producing relevant shipping documentation.
- Producing customer invoices, ensuring accuracy of information prior to sending.
- Communicating and following up product and costing queries with the sales team.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Customer Service experience gained from a similar position
- Effective and confident communicator with problem solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Work under pressure to deadlines
- Competent Microsoft office skills
You will receive excellent training and once this has been completed will be able to work in a hybrid pattern with 2 days a week being based from home. Working hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday.
