Skills required for the Engineering Department Manager:
- Must possess an HNC/HND or degree in an applicable engineering field.
- Demonstrable leadership experience within the manufacturing industry's engineering sectors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards such as ISO 14001.
- Proficient in effective communication, both written and verbal, across various levels.
- Resilient and capable of thriving in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to initiate and drive projects independently.
