A great opportunity has arisen for a Sales Account Manager to join a leading window and door specialist. You will manage and develop the relationships with the network of distribution partners in Scotland. This will require close interaction with each customer to develop profitable sales across the area, and also the identification and on-boarding of new distribution partners where appropriate.

**Account Manager
Position Overview
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Distribution Partner network within a specified geographic region.
- Establish and sustain strong, enduring client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to optimize profits.
- Foster trusted advisor relationships with key accounts.
- Prepare reports on account status and provide monthly/quarterly updates on initiatives as required.
- Manage sales leads from the CRM system into the partner network and secure regular progress updates from the Partner Network.
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and expand opportunities within the territory, including identifying new distribution partners and developing/executing larger projects with the Commercial Sales team.
- Assist with client requests and handle issue escalations as necessary.
- Participate in exhibitions and other marketing events with relevant distribution partners within the specified sales territories, including some weekends.
- Deliver CPD presentations to architects and other specifiers as appropriate.

- Experience working within the window and door industry
- Business Development, Account Management or Sales Management experience in the sector.
- Live in Scotland
- Full Drivers License
