Ambient People is working with a local authority to recruit an interim Finance Systems Lead. As well as bringing your finance systems expertise, you will bring your leadership skills to motivate and performance manage a team of ten with two direct reportees.
For the interim coming into this role, your experience of developing and maintaining financial systems will be key. There will also be some opportunities to lead on any upgrades and projects with them. You will also need excellent attention to detail, ensuring you and the team are accurately reporting reconciliations and system data.
The council can offer a hybrid working pattern. They are keen for candidates who can start as soon as possible but will wait for the right candidate.
