Job Title: Facilities Administrator - Immediate Start available (however will honour notice periods!)

Location: Central Brighton

Salary: £23,500 - £25000 DOE

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Our client, an organisation in need of an efficient and reliable Facilities Administrator, is seeking a proactive individual to join their team. As the Facilities Administrator, you will be responsible for various tasks ensuring the smooth operation of their office and branches. ??

?? Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Coordinate repairs for office and branch maintenance: Arrange and oversee general maintenance issues across all locations
  • Liaise with IT and Telecom providers: Work with 3rd party support to resolve technical faults for colleagues
  • Track facilities related tasks: Manage recycling, utility contracts, and keep office supplies fully stocked
  • Schedule work according to Health & Safety: Plan maintenance based on Health and Safety Risk Assessments and keep an updated assessment calendar
  • Undertake First Aid and Fire Marshal training: Ensure safety by being prepared for emergencies
  • Provide Part-Time reception cover: Assist visitors, answer calls, and redirect inquiries when needed
  • Approve office management invoices: Review and authorise payments related to facilities and office management

?? Required Skills & Experience:

  • A positive, proactive attitude, and eagerness to support various areas of the business
  • Effective communication skills with clients and the public
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 programmes
  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new computer systems
