Calling all Learning Support Assistants looking for a great role in a lovely Radlett, Hertfordshire Special Needs School!
Tradewind Recruitment is working with a fantastic SEN School located in Radlett (between Watford, Potter Bar and Borehamwood) who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to start from September till the end of the academic year in July 2025.
This is a full-time role with working hours between 8.30am and 4pm. The salary for this role is paid at £100 per day and the school could potentially offer excellent candidates a permanent role at the end of the contract.
This leading Autism School provides cutting edge support for its 52 full time students who are all severely Autistic. The school provides a safe learning environment where the students can flourish! With one-to-one support for all students and small class sizes of a maximum of 6 pupils this is a great school to continue to learn and develop in the support role of Learning Support Assistant!

To join us and be successful in this role we require:
- Experience working as a TA/SEN TA/LSA in a U.K Primary/Secondary School, or a CACHE Level 2 (minimum) qualification or a recent graduate with passion for education.
- Have the academic ability and personality to inspire, engage and progress students from all backgrounds and of all ages.
- Some understanding of SEN and the desire to work with Autistic pupils.
- Be available to work Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 4pm from September through to July 2025.
