Key Duties:
- Reception duties including first point of contact for incoming telephone phone calls into the business.
- Customer service support
- Setting up new non-documented CDD referrals, sending simple reminders, maintaining accurate information on portal
- Ad hoc assistance to the AML consultants with customer events, diary management
- maintenance of accurate records for portal, document folders and GDPR data clearance. Maintain and update training folder for trainers, collate regular updates/articles.
- Organise regular staff team building events, informal and more formal outings/meetings for staff training.
- Organise and co-ordinate AML training courses (including registration, reminder emails, CPD certificates, schedule new courses, coordinate availability)
- Assist with training materials, assist with admin around P&Ps
- CRM Administrative Support including data input
- Assist with accounting and invoicing processes
- Support all aspects of systems maintenance with the new portal, set up new portal users, support EAs in the use of portal ongoing support
- Update OneNote for all work areas
