A well established and successful organisation who offer construction services across the UK are seeking an experienced Help Desk Administrator to join their friendly and dynamic team.
Based just outside Liverpool Centre is lovely modern offices with free parking on site. The ideal candidate will come from a Facilities Management, Commercial or Gas background.
Duties will include:
- Answering calls from clients and engineers
- Logging jobs onto bespoke system
- Scheduling and allocating engineers to jobs
- Prioritising work loads and working to SLA's
- Raising supplier purchase orders
- Closing down completed jobs
- Liaising with clients regularly regarding job updates and building strong working relationships
