Assistant Store Manager required for a successful retail business in Aldershot. This is a great opportunity for an individual with proven supervisory / assistant management experience within a retail environment to join this busy team.
The successful candidate will be supporting the Store Manager with the overall responsibility of managing and developing the business in order to maximise sales and achieve targets along with stock management and management of the team.
Salary is up to £26k pa plus bonus and benefits. Great working hours (37.5 hours on a two-week rota basis having either a Friday and Saturday off or a Saturday and Sunday off - so no Saturdays ever). Driving licence is essential for this role.
