Digital Media Account Manager
Location: Essex - Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days from home!
Salary: Up to £40,000 + free gym membership, regular socials, excellent training, and trips away!!

My client, a leading media and marketing agency based in the Essex Area, is hiring an experienced and enthusiastic Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a golden opportunity for a Senior Account Executive or Account Executive looking to fast-track their career into a senior position or take on a new challenge.
Our client is a successful marketing agency with an impressive and expanding portfolio of client accounts spanning top Leisure, Fashion brands, Property, Technology, Education, Retail, and more. The team excels in media buying, planning, and strategy, creating award-winning campaigns across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns in Paid Search and Paid Social
- Manage client relationships and act as the account lead with Media Suppliers
- Lead your team of Account Executives and support Account Directors
- Report, monitor, and present campaign findings to clients and internal teams
- Advise clients on the most effective media channels to achieve their goals
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices
About You:
- Proven experience in media agencies or in-house developing and executing digital media campaigns
- Strong expertise in Paid Media - Paid Search, Paid Social (Programmatic experience is a plus!)
- Analytical mindset with a passion for leading and guiding a team
- Experience managing client accounts, leading meetings, and mentoring junior team members
