What Will You Do?
As a pivotal member of our Business Development team, you will:
Drive Growth: Generate and nurture new leads by engaging with prospects in pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
Research and Reach Out: Build targeted contact lists and craft personalized outreach messages to connect with key players in commercial strategy.
Showcase Our Value: Articulate our unique offerings to address industry-specific challenges, enhancing our market presence.
Quality Focus: Apply rigorous qualification methodologies to ensure lead quality and maximize conversion rates.
Expand Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on cross-selling prospects within existing accounts.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our commercial team in London to smash company-wide goals.
Are You the Right Fit?
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience: 2+ years in a BDR or sales role, ideally in the Life Sciences sector.
- Education: A degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Health Economics, or Pharma Management.
- Skills: Strong quota achievement history, stellar communication, and great interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: A proactive go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
