Quality Assurance Officer

We have partnered with an Educational Company, based in Birmingham. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Quality Assurance Officer to join their busy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collating and maintaining the daily attendance registers along with inputting details into a database.

This is a full-time permanent role and is based on site.

Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Officer:

  • Review of Quality Report
  • To validate accuracy of raw data
  • Monitor and enhance quality processes for better standardisation.
  • Periodically monitor distributed templates
  • Pay periodic visits to the different centres
  • Other tasks assigned by Management

To be considered for the role of Quality Assurance Officer you will require:

  • Proficient in analysing and interpreting data
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, including IT, Marketing, Retention.

Key Information about the Quality Assurance Officer role Includes:

  • Salary - £24,000 – 30,000 annum based on experience
  • Trips away from the office are often required
  • Holiday entitlement is 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Up to £5k annual incentives pro-rata given quarterly on meeting KPIs upon successful probation period
  • 3% annual increase per year on completion from your start date of service and on meeting KPIs
