A growing Property Management department is seeking a well-organised, proactive Site Visit Agent. This role offers an opportunity to join a vibrant and dynamic business.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting development visits
- Recording findings on an iPad
- Obtaining electrical meter readings
- Identifying necessary repairs (both reactive and proactive)
- Liaising with contractors
- Meeting with property owners and addressing their queries
- Assessing completed repairs
- Attending development visits with Residents Committees
- Communicating effectively with Associate Directors
Skills and Requirements:
- Ability to use initiative and prioritise workload
- Interest in property management/maintenance
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Competence and confidence in using iPad apps
This position reports to an Associate Director and is responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer service model, adhering to the company's customer excellence charter.
