Billings Manager

Robert Half Finance and Accounting are partnering with a global Media firm based in Central London to recruit an immediate, WIP / Billings Manager contract.

Role:

Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, WIP Manager for a 6 month contract.

In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of the new tranactional processes within Workday that relate to Billing and WIP Management.
  • Identify and raise any potential risks associated with the transition to ensure they are mitigated effectively.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to assist in comprehensive data cleansing prior to the data transfer dates.
  • Attend all Workday training and implementation sessions to stay up to date with system functionalities and updates.
  • Co-ordinate and attend user testing sessions to ensure that the system meets the operational needs of the users.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Commercial Finance team during periods of high capacity demands to ensure continuity of finance operations. This may include: ? Billing ? Closing down jobs ? Chasing time sheets ? Liaising with Finance team on supplier set ups, urgent payment requests, time sheet management and Maconomy queries

Profile:

The successful interim WIP Manager will be a proactive individual, have at least 2+ years experience working within a fast paced environment, have used the system Maconomy and have strong WIP / Billings experience.

You must be on no more than a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.

Client:

Our client is a global Media firm based in the Central London who are looking to recruit an immediate interim WIP Manager for a 6 month contract. This role is hybrid based and will be based in the office at least 2 days per week.

Salary & Benefits:

This interim WIP Manager role will be paying circa £35,000-£40,000 This is dependant on experience.
