  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and present key findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Analyse site-level performance and develop KPIs to measure operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Drive initiatives to optimise costs, improve margins, and manage working capital effectively.
  • Support due diligence, financial modelling, and post-acquisition integration activities in a private equity environment.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business cases, investment decisions, and strategic projects.

Requirements of the position:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong commercial acumen.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of influencing and supporting senior leaders.
  • Experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic, growth-driven environment.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.
