Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the contract cleaning industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and continuous development.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.

Qualifications

  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel nationally as needed to meet with clients and manage regional teams.
