Power BI Developer - 80k
Nigel Frank are proud to be supporting our client, a leading global organisation. Our client is seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to join there London team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Data Consumption area, specifically in Power BI development, and a deep understanding of Power BI infrastructure, administration, and system integration.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience within:
- Power BI
- System Integration
- Support and Maintenance
- Infrastructure Management
What you'll be doing:
- Intergrating Power BI with various data systems and sources to ensure data flow and accuracy.
- Develop complex Power BI reports
- Implement and manage data refresh schedules to ensure all data is up to date
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system security
- Oversee the administration of Power BI environments, including gateways, capacity planning, and workspace management.
- Train and mentor junior developers and business users on Power BI best practices and usage.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Power BI architecture, including Power BI Service, Power BI Report Server, and Power BI Desktop.
- Strong experience with DAX, Power Query, and M language.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts.
