Production Operative

Our client is seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join their team in the manufacturing of high-quality storage solutions.
This role requires a focus on detail, adherence to health and safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
Day to Day of the role:
- Work toward deadlines with close attention to detail.
- Use air/powered hand tools and work with the manufacture of aluminium products.
- Adhere to all health and safety processes and procedures.
- Prepare materials, assemble, apply final finishes, and pack products ensuring quality is maintained.
- Read and comprehend manufacturing drawings with an understanding of the job file system (training provided).
- Assist with installations and recertifications on-site when required by your manager.
- Perform any other relevant tasks as deemed necessary by your manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload.
- Consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance.
- Good communication skills within the team.
- Knowledge of using CNC machinery & power tools is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
