Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator

Exciting Opportunity for a Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator to join a Travel Tour Operating team in Hampshire, as the Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator you will responsible for a range of tasks across all brands working closely with the product and marketing teams. Proofing and loading copy and imagery to all the company's websites will be a key focus. Additional responsibilities will involve creating engaging content, coordinating social media campaigns, brochure fulfilment and database management. This is a varied and exciting role for a creative marketeer.
The Job:

  • Proof and edit website content as required to improve content quality and ensure copy is in the right tone for each brand.
  • Load copy and imagery into our CMS for all brands.
  • Create new website pages in the CMS to promote product such as destinations, itineraries, locations, offers, blogs, and events.
  • General web content management.
  • Co-ordination and creation of content for social media activity.
  • Write and coordinate engaging web copy including blogs.
  • Proof, format, and load tour reports.
  • Co-ordinate content created by team members from overseas travel.
  • Assume a range of responsibilities for the production and coordination of all Marketing activities including day to day administration tasks.eg: brochure fulfilment and data management.
  • Support a constant flow of effective cross-media marketing campaigns.

Skills Required:
We are looking for a confident, knowledgeable, reliable, articulate and organised team player and self-motivated marketeer.

  • Educated to at least A-level standard, ideally a marketing qualification.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Proven experience working with a website CMS system.
  • Previous experience in creating highly engaging social media content and management of social media channels.
  • SEO knowledge.
  • Experience in writing and proofing copy for a variety of formats.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom)
  • Strong organisational project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in working on multiple projects and campaigns to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
  • Experience in sourcing and editing imagery.
  • Experience in the travel industry would be ideal (wildlife knowledge and diving experience would be advantageous)

The Package:

  • Salary £32,000 - £33,000
  • Hybrid working
