Job Description:
- Checking and replenishing inventory, liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes and price comparisons to ensure best value for money and most efficient lead times
- Inputting new stock items and locations on the MRP system or Excel
- Performing weekly counts on maintenance stock items to a high degree of accuracy and inputting detailed records of all counts
- Picking of stock and kitting of parts – this will include receiving deliveries
- Working closely with maintenance and PPM teams to obtain projected usage levels and making sure there is a constant stock supply in line with project requirements

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Must have experience with Excel (V-lookups, Pivot table, SumIf minimum)
- Proven experience within a stores/warehouse environment or procurement experience
- Engineering and manufacturing experience (Advantageous but not essential)
