Randstad Education are currently recruiting for an experienced Food Technician for a long-term role in a Cheshire Secondary School to start ASAP. This is a part-time role, and hours can be flexible.

Responsibilities

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging food technology lessons.
  • Prepare and set up cooking equipment and ingredients for practical sessions.
  • Ensure the kitchen and food preparation areas are clean, safe, and well-organised.
  • Support students during cooking lessons, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and order materials as required.
  • Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with school policies.

Requirements

  • Experience working in Education
  • Knowledge of Food Technology and Health and Safety
  • Enhanced Child DBS
