greenwellgleeson have been retained to recruit for a Head of Finance for a high growth, SME, import and distribution business. In this newly created role you will be have overall responsibility for the finance function and key tasks will include creating meaningful monthly financial information and reporting packs for the leadership team, managing the cash and Fx position, manage relationship with key external stakeholders, provide insight into the company performance and lead the forecasting and business planning. You will also need to partner with the MD to understand and drive performance improvement, support margin growth and support the winning of new business via successful bids and tenders. To be considered for this role you will ideally have worked in a finance leadership role within a SME, have the ability to work in partnership with the MD to drive growth, lead and develop the finance team and ideally have previously worked within distribution or supply chain sector.
