Retention & Growth Assistant - Temporary contract

Purpose of Position

The Retention & Growth Assistant is responsible for supporting the Retention & Growth team and existing partners with timely and accurate responses to any and all inquiries.

You will ultimately be responsible for drafting new agreements and contract amendments for existing customers who are looking to renew, re-negotiate or terminate their agreements with Awin. You will also be responsible for records maintenance, reporting, pipeline management, admin support and drafting communications for internal/ external use.

This role is a Maternity Cover Role for 10 months

Key Tasks

  • Admin support to the Retention & Growth team.
  • Support maintenance of the Existing business pipeline to ensure the most at risk clients are flagged to the team in a timely manner.
  • Salesforce management of existing business record updates.
  • Contract processing for existing partnerships and supporting re-negotiations.
  • Review and distribute tickets in Asana to identify strategic assistance where needed.
  • Support with client tenders, scheduling daily stand ups & formatting presentations/ written docs.
  • Proactively find ways to improve and develop new processes to support team.
  • Gather post re-neg data and complete reporting.

Skills & Expertise

  • You are interested in the e-commerce industry and/or have experience within this field.
  • You have strong experience across MS Office, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Very good written and spoken English.
  • Have excellent communication and organization skills.
  • You are a team player, but can also work independently from time to time.
