Accounts Administrator

Your new company
You will work for a leading manufacturer based in Donegal within a dedicated and experienced finance team.

Your new role
As Accounts Administrator you will report to the Financial Controller and you will provide financial and administrative assistance to the Finance Department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining Sales Ledger including month-end close down of Sales Ledger
  • Producing sales invoices and credit notes
  • Recording customer payments and generating customer statements
  • Updating the CRM system
  • Maintaining Time and Attendance System
  • Preparing weekly/monthly reports for management

What you'll need to succeed

  • Have strong IT skills with experience in Microsoft Office applications, in particular MS Excel
  • Able to work effectively both on your own initiative and also within a busy team
  • Possess excellent organisational, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail and a high numerical understanding
  • One year's experience working in a finance department
