This boutique practice has developed a reputation in the market for supporting claimants resolve a range of disputes. They provide knowledgeable, client-focused advice and support through the litigation process and have a great success rate. As an employer they pride themselves on being employee focused and providing excellent training and support to their staff.
Due to an expanding portfolio of work, they are looking to bring in a senior lawyer who can take ownership of the management and oversight of their financial mis-selling work. This will include developing new precedents for work streams and putting in place process and best practice for Paralegals and other colleagues to follow when delivering the work.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical skills who wants to play a part in the firm's long-term future. You will be a Litigator with solid experience in financial mis-selling litigation, ideally from the claimant side. You will have a good eye for detail and be able to understand the business and operational management side.
