About the role:

A combination of office management and people administration, this role in 5 days a week in the Office, 3 - 4 month contract

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage all daily office operations across the Office
  • Team Events
  • Support with diary management
  • Managing budgets
  • Health and Safety
  • HR documentation.

What we need from you:

  • Proven experience in workplace management
  • Experienced with coordinating Office moves
  • Strong communication
  • Working in a fast paced environment
  • Great attention to detail
  • Having a proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
