As a Property Manager, you'll play a key role in the growth and success of our Cambridge branch, receiving full training and support to achieve your targets.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of residential properties, overseeing the entire rental process—from inventory and condition checks (check-ins) to tenancy terminations (check-outs). You'll ensure that the department's goals are met while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of residential properties, ensuring smooth handling of any issues that arise during tenancies, such as repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct quarterly inspections, advising landlords of any necessary action and notifying tenants of their responsibilities.
- Facilitate efficient and satisfactory check-outs, ensuring swift return of tenant deposits by liaising with all parties.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, keeping them informed on maintenance and financial matters.
- Identify and recommend property upgrades or refurbishments, organizing work between tenancies to minimize vacancy periods and maximize landlord income.
- Keep property records up-to-date using our CRM system (REAPIT) and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
