Machine Operator - Leighton Buzzard - temporary contract
As Manufacturing Key Operative - Machine you'll work within the production team to maintain and run and test an ENGINeUS machine. It's fast paced, high volume but rewarding knowing that your part of a team contributing to a quality product being delivered for our customers.
You will running and testing the machine on the production line ,switching on and off a button in regular intervals following the process/guidelines, conduct system set ups and calibration to ensure orders are met and compliant, and will aim to maximise overall equipment effectiveness to reduce waste, downtime and giveaway.
About You
You'll be the kind of person who:
Ideally has previous experience of working in a production environment operating machinery
Has strong communication skills both written and verbal
Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
Works well as part of a team and enjoys being physically active
Has the ability to maintain concentration throughout shift where tasks are repetitive
Is open to working in a manufacturing environment
Currently, there is shift work in progress with the following shifts Mon-Fri:
- 08:00 - 15:59
- 16:00 - 11:59
- 00:00 - 07:59
We need two people per shift, and the commencement date is as early as next week through to the end of August.
