We are proud to be working with an incredibly reputable, multi-award winning, growing lender that specialises in bridging finance, as they enter their next phase of growth.
We are actively seeking a proven Head of Credit/ Head of Underwriting/ Chief Lending Officer type, with a minimum of 15 years' experience in the bridging finance space.
You will manage a team of two Underwriting Managers, who in turn will manage their regulated and non-regulated bridging underwriting teams.
This position is a senior strategic role. You will be at the helm of the business, driving forward the lending function, ensuring that SLAs are met. It is vital that you can see a deal from a credit AND asset perspective.
You will be technology-savvy, with proven experience of looking at streamlining processes to ensure a seamless rhythm is maintained within the lending team.
It is vital that you have a strong knowledge of all aspects of bridging products, preferably on a non-reg and regulated basis.
