Position: Teacher of Computer Science

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

The Role:

We seek an enthusiastic Teacher of Computer Science to join our client's dynamic faculty. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons to students from Year 9 to Year 13, fostering a love for computer science and helping each student reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach high-quality, inspirational lessons.
  • Support pupils needing extra help.
  • Provide regular feedback.
  • Contribute to the Computer Science Department.
  • Write academic reports.
  • Maintain professional development.

  • Set assessments and prepare pupils for exams.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching computer science, preferably in a boarding school.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
