Description

Bid Executive (Graduate role) - Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the preparation and submission of bids and tenders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with various internal teams (sales, finance, operations) to gather information and develop tailored solutions for each tender.
  • Review and analyze tender documentation to create well-structured and persuasive proposals.
  • Manage timelines and ensure that all tender deadlines are met.
  • Proofread and edit documents to ensure high quality and consistency in presentation and language.
  • Conduct post-tender analysis and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Profile

Bid Executive (Graduate role) - Skills & Experience Required

  • A degree in English, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience with bid writing or working within a similar role would be advantageous but is not essential - training will be provided.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
