Customer Service Support - Build Team

Are you a reliable and committed Customer Service person, looking for a new environment? If so this could be the role for you!

Our client is an established contractor with an excellent reputation in delivering a large number of loft conversion projects within the London and South East and are ever expanding.

Your main tasks within this role are:

  • Daily communications with project managers;
  • Actioning all points from site visits;
  • Conducting weekly client calls and arranging further site visits with project managers;
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction process and collecting positive reviews;
  • Being the main point of contact for clients;
  • Monitoring the build team phone (WhatsApp communications included);
  • Updating all records for ongoing works for project managers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with previous experience within an administrative role in the Construction sector.

We are looking for a real self-starter with the ability to prioritise and organise their own work load and to work as part of the wider team.

Essential experience required:

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Good organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office
  • Reliable, enthusiastic and conscientious with a good sense of humour

Job details:

  • Customer Service Support - Build Team
  • Salary £13.00 to £14.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • Croydon, Surrey
  • 10am to 2pm, 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)
