Credit Controller- Portuguese speaker

Overview

Credit Controller position

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Credit Controller will be in charge of chasing a designated set of accounts/ledger via calls and emails
  • Managing AR inbox and general clients queries
  • Enhancing customer experience by building and maintaining a strong relationship with the customers
  • Liaise with the wider Finance team, Sales and Customer Success to ensure timely customer query resolution and facilitate collection of overdue debt
  • Cash posting & reconciling complex customer accounts
  • This Credit Controller position will prepare for weekly meeting with Credit Control Manager

Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years experience in a customer focus role (or similar)
  • Portuguese speaker is a bonus

Person Specification

  • This Credit Controller must have a strong eye for details
  • Impeccable communication skills, with both colleagues and clients
  • Confident in making phones calls and have difficult conversation
  • Solution driven & organized
  • Customer focus
