We are based in the Corby area and are looking for several Production Operatives to join our growing team. Successful candidates will start on a 12-week training programme, of which will lead to a permanent position upon successful completion.
Duties of a Food Production Operative include:
- Working efficiency on the production line
- Quality checking to ensure that products are of a high standard
- Working as a team to meet production targets
- Following health and safety guidelines
- Keeping your work area clean and tidy
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not essential
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Resilience and positive mindset
Rotating shift pattern:
- 4 days on, 4 days off between days and nights (6:00 am - 6:00 pm and 6:00 pm - 6:00 am)
