This Consultancy are proud to have a very sociable CDM Principal Design team who are extremely collaborative, both internally and externally. The CDM Principal Designer will enjoy close-knit team, which always look to promote from within.
CDM Principal Designer
The CDM Principal Designer will be confident within Design meetings and advises clients effectively across their Housing Association and Local Authority clients. The projects will cover Residential, Mixed-use Developments, High-rise, Regeneration and Fire remedial works.
CDM Principal Designer Requirements
- NEBOSH
- Tech IOSHH Membership
- Experience in leading Design meetings
- APS Membership (preferable)
