A close-knit, ambitious Litigation practice in Liverpool is looking to recruit a Senior Legal Cashier to join its busy team.
This is a part-time role, with the potential to progress into full-time and salary is dependent on experience but within the regions of £18,000-£25,000 pro- rata.
You will be required to demonstrate 2 years' experience within a Legal Cashier role, experience managing a team would be advantageous.
Duties to Include:
- Manage the day to day running of the accounts office and control all accounting systems
- Ensure the maintenance of accounting records, sales/purchase ledgers, journals, whilst making sure all documentation is accurate at all times
- Posting all bills raised by Fee-Earners in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure Client monies are paid in adherence with SRA rules
- Assisting with all necessary preparation for the firm's annual audits
