3-month Fixed Term Contract to Permanent

Hybrid working 2-3 days on site, 2-3 days working from home 37.5 hours with core hours/flexibility Salary up to £50k

Medlock Partners are proud to be partnering with a Global Manufacturing business to identify a HR Business Partner to join the team due to an internal move. This role will be FTC to Permanent.

The successful candidate will support great people decisions and develop an enabling culture in line with company values. This is a truly supportive business who invest in their people.

Key Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:

  • Work closely with Key Stakeholders to develop and drive the People Agenda, relevant to your specific areas of Responsibility.
  • Improve capability, knowledge and decision making of people managers in all things people
  • Deliver expert advice to all stakeholders to help foster positive, effective and fair Employee Relations
  • Ensure high service levels are consistently delivered in relation to high volume people transactions
  • Identify, develop and realise key learning & development initiatives which enhances the performance of your people.
  • Deliver talent acquisition solutions to improve the performance of the sales teams
  • Along with Key Stakeholders, identify and develop key talent within your areas of responsibility

Key requirements of the HR Business Partner:

  • Previous experience as a HR Generalist with a passion for Operational HR and a desire to continue operating at this level is a must.
  • HR Business Partner level with a good understanding of business functions and best practice HR methods is essential for this role.
  • CIPD qualified preferred
  • You will be resilient, positive, and able to work flexibly to take on this busy and varied role.
  • A passion for team collaboration is essential for this role.
  • Ability to coach, mentor and support your business areas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in addition to good relationship building skills are a must.
